Testimonials

Cassell’s is the quintessential place for great atmosphere and great food and drink. As a neighborhood restaurant it is a great benefit to have nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant and it shows in the service and experience. As a place to try a new brew or two, Cassell’s cannot be overlooked. They have a great selection to choose from and are constantly changing it up from week to week. In the fast paced world of today it is great to be able to get away and enjoy yourself. I highly recommend it to one and all.

This was my second visit to Cassell’s Grille. My Bloody Mary was made just the way I like them, a little on the spicy side. The soup was great, I believe it was some kind of smoked seafood. I had a seared salmon salad, which was great. Coffee and a chocolate lava cake topped off a great evening. The waitress was very attentive and had a great personality. It was very casual and I felt relaxed.

I hosted my company holiday party at Cassell’s this year (again.) My clients and guests – some of whom travel from out of state – had a wonderful time and look forward to our next get together. The food, beverages, atmosphere and service were truly first-class. Thanks for the great time!

Travelling on a romantic weekend our first impression was a local watering hole, just another bar & grill. We were not prepare for the wonderful homemade crab cakes & the delicious bacon wrapped pork medallions. Service was friendly & prompt. If you are looking for a casual out of the way dining experience I recommend stopping.

We live in Carlisle, just a few miles from Mt. Holly Springs. We have been to Cassell’s two or three times. You only have to walk in to know there is something special about the place. It is just formal enough not to be a bar and still be comfortable. And it is filled with nicely collected objects that are loving displayed. All very neat and tidy. You are greeted as though you were old friends. The menu is not too large for a small staff to deal with with care. But there is plenty to choose from either for lunch or dinner. It’s a little gem tucked away in an unlikely spot. Check it out.
